Linda Boryski, BScPT, BA(Hons).

Linda is the founder of Edge Conditioning. Linda’s strong background in hockey as a university athlete, Intermediate Level coach and power skating instructor has enabled her to combine her chosen profession as a physical therapist with athlete training. It is this marriage of science and coaching that makes Edge Conditioning programming unique in its approach to scientifically maximize athlete performance.

Linda is employed at Daniels Kimber Physiotherapy Clinic as a Physical Therapist where she specializes in treatment of sports and other orthopaedic injuries. Her knowledge of physical therapy combined with her experience as a power skating instructor provides her with a unique set of skills. She uses these skills to help her client achieve maximum power and biomechanical efficiency in their skating stride, to minimize occurrences of injury and optimize any injury rehabilitation.

Linda continues to help improve the city’s hockey players with her power skating instruction from the beginners up to the University of Saskatchewan Huskies and NHL level. She has also been head coach for the Sask First Program and assistant coach for Team Saskatchewan which competed at the Esso Women’s National Championships. Linda is also contracted by SHA as a course conductor to deliver the Safety Program and is the Master Course Conductor for Saskatchewan. Recently, she was solicited by Hockey Canada to be part of a “Specialty Clinics Writers Group” where she along with other candidates from across Canada created a series of coaching clinics for Hockey Canada’s Coach Mentorship Program.
